Canceling Reservations

Please follow these policies to ensure your cancellation is completely correctly

There are no refunds – only “store credit.” We will not issue a credit if you try and cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time.

If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please send us a cancellation email with the reservation name, date and time of your reservation. You will immediately receive a Gmail auto-reply (containing your timestamp) confirming your email was received. Then, within 24 hours, we will email you a one-time return/credit code so you can rebook for free. This credit code will never expire and is good forever.

Unfortunately, no one else will be able to use this code. But, if you would like to gift your credit to someone else, email laserdefensereservations@gmail.com with the names of the people using your credit, and they will have no problem checking in.

Finally, to be able to use your credit, you must rebook the same number of people as in the original reservation, or the return credit code we sent you will not work.
