RULES

PROPER USE OF EQUIPMENT

Laser-simulated guns must never be pointed at another patron. All shooting activities are restricted to designated Bays. Reckless use of equipment will result in immediate removal of the offender and their entire party.

WEAPON-FREE ENTRY

Only Laser Defense-issued guns are allowed in the facility. While we are strong supporters of the 2nd Amendment, due to the very realistic nature of our Laser Defense-issued guns, we CANNOT allow any outside firearms or ammunition in the facility. No outside firearms, loaded or unloaded are permitted. Violating this policy will be cause for immediate removal from the facility, and all parties will be permanently banned. This is a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY!

GROUP EVENTS

Our facility was specifically designed to hold Group Events of all sizes and must to be custom quoted because of the wide variety of party options we can offer. To inquire holding a Group Event, email us at info@gunsandgolfsimulation.com
with “Group Event” in the subject line, at least 30 days before your desired event date, along with your contact information. and our General Manager will contact you within 24 hours.

RECOMMENDED AGE GROUPS

Families are always encouraged to participate; however, our facility was not designed with babies or toddlers in mind and will restrict any group from entering our facility with babies or toddlers as they will infringe on other customers enjoyment. However, when it comes to children, we decided to leave this decision up to the parents as a child’s age, height and weight are outdated guidelines. Kids are welcome to participate in any activity on a case-by-case basis where our staff is convinced that a child can safely swing a golf club or handle the reduced simulated gun recoil. However, our staff reserves the right to end a child’s session if they cannot safely participate without endangering themselves or other customers within close proximity. In this instance, there will be no refunds for the child’s reservation fee. Therefore, we strongly suggest parents use very conservative judgement when purchasing reservation time for their children.

MINORS POLICY

Our Sports Bar facilities are not open to the general public and strictly reserved for paying customers and their unpaid guest.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

We do not accept American Express when making reservations, and will only accept credit or debit cards for Food and Beverage or any other purchases made within our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

FRANCHISING

In our first week of business, we already had a franchising request from Facebook. We do intend to franchise and will put more information on this page in early June, after we have four months of all the necessary financial data, where we can create a franchise platform which makes sense for us as well as the franchisee.
